MP: What are you seeing across your property portfolio in terms of leasing volumes?

Toby: Over the past 6 months of 2023 we have seen approximately 29 new deals/Heads Of Agreement across our portfolio comprising roughly 11,400 sqm of space. Given the growth being seen in the Brisbane market, the majority of rents are being struck above our original underwrite. Incentives remain high, but the supply imbalance may see reductions in aggregate incentives over the short to medium term.
